Superb large open plan 3 story cedar house with cathedral ceiling and 2 fire places that can accommodate up to 15 people (Rate according to number of persons). The large fenestration will let you take in the views of the mountains and the private lake.
Four season outdoor spa. Big dinning room table able to comfortably sit your whole groupe.
5 bedrooms (4 + 1 small) and two living rooms (one on the garden level) one with a Queen sofa bed. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and a spa bath. There are four other bedrooms, two with a queen bed, one with a double size bed and a third with two twin beds. Full bedding is provided for all these beds. In addition, a double and a single mattresses can be placed in the downstairs living room or in the office and there is also a Queen sized inflatable mattress at your disposal (Bedding not provided for extra beds). The kitchen is very well equipped. There is an upright piano in the boudoir, a large veranda with mosquito screens and a large parking lot. Cable and Internet, provided by Bell Fibe, are included.
Ideal place for family vacations or friends gatherings where the atmosphere is always user friendly, warm and relaxing.
You will have access to the lake directly from the cottage to swim or go for a pedal boat ride. The Val-David/Val-Morin Regional Park (2000 acers of natural preserve), is less than 10 minutes away by car! Activities there include hiking, mountain biking, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and mountain climbing. In the region, choices are almost overwhelming. There are Mega-Ziplines, theme parks for children, water slides, canoe, kayak, bicycle paths, mountain climbing, fishing, downhill, cross-country, telemark, water and even off-trail skiing. The picturesque small town of Val-David and all commodities is 7 minutes away by car.

Keep in mind that we are looking for MATURE, DISCRET AND RESPECTFUL guests. Therefore, since we have had too many bad experiences in the past, we do not rent to groups whose average age is below 28 years old anymore or for people who want to party without worrying about the noise for the neighbours. Since our cottages are set in a peaceful environment, noise can disturb them.

Additional information:
Full bedding (except for extra beds) and shower towels provided (bring your towels for swimming or the spa).
The kitchen is well equipped, you will find, amongst other things, a coffee maker, a food processor, a dishwasher and a gel fondue kit as well as usual kitchen equippement. Generally, some basic elements are there such as: sugar, salt, pepper, spices, vegetable oil, coffee filters, dish washing liquid, paper towels, cellophane, aluminum foil, etc.
There is a BBQ grill (propane provided0, two refrigerators, a dishwasher, a washer and dryer set and a few hair dryers. 3 TV sets with CD/DVD players in the living room, the master-bedroom and downstairs. Bell Fibe is hooked on all three TV sets and you will have internet access via WIFI.
There are lots of toys for children and board games for all ages.
The spa is opened year round!

P.S.: Please note that, after too many bad experiences, we will not rent to groups that the average age is lower than 28yo or to people who want to party loudly without caring about the neighbors. Even thou they seem to be far, neighbors are affected by loud noises since sound travels further in a mountain setting. We appreciate your comprehension.
