Waterfront cottage completely renovated from top to bottom with a rustic / contemporary charm. Everything is new, modern and practical. These renovations have even allowed the installation of wheelchair ramps. Exit Chalets is very proud to offer its first chalet fully accessible to people with reduced mobility. You can go from parking through the house to the lake side terrace without the slightest obstacle.

The rear terrace, which is the width of the cottage, is a few meters from the lake. Brand new BBQ, outdoor lounge furniture and patio table for beautiful meals with beautiful lake views. It is the ideal place to admire the landscape, watch the children swimming and enjoy the spectacular sunsets.

In rainy weather, the living/family room offers the same splendid view, away from the elements.

Several kayaks and a pedal boat are at your disposal for a ride on the lake or even fishing ! Clear and limpid water.

Le Bleu Azur is awaiting you. Come and enjoy the fresh air, idleness and memories.

Pets:  Note that dogs are accepted in the cottage. A 75$ fee may apply for 1 dog and 25$ for a second dog. See details on the booking form. 

P.S .: Keep in mind that we are looking for a MATURE, DISCREET and RESPECTFUL clientele. As a result and following too many bad experiences, we no longer rent to groups whose average adult age is under 28 or to people who want to party without worrying about noise for neighbors because as we are in the mountains and in a peaceful environment, the sound carries a lot and nighttime noises can annoy them, so PARTYS ARE FORBIDDEN. Thank you for your understanding.

Full bedding is provided as well as shower towels (1 / person).

The kitchen is very well equipped. Basic elements are there such as: sugar, salt, pepper, spices, coffee filter, cellophane paper and aluminum foil, vegetable oil, etc.)

There is a 46 '' HDTV and a bluetooth soundbar. Wi-Fi access, washer / dryer, BBQ (not guaranteed in winter - propane provided) and a dishwasher at your disposal.

Keep in mind that we are looking for a MATURE and RESPECTFUL clientele. As a result of too many bad experiences, we no longer rent to groups with an average age of adults under 28 years old. Thank you for your understanding.
