Le Valoa (“light” in Finnish), gets its name from the abundance of sunshine flooding its “cathedral” living room, making its living space warm and inviting. From the fully glazed living room, one cannot tire of admiring the pasture of the neighboring ranch and the horses stretching their legs in the green landscape.

Le Valoa is located 1 hour North from Montreal and is easily accessible for people from the National Capital Region via the A.50 and R-329. This chalet will satisfy you at every level: by the proximity of all services and activities, by the enchanting landscape surrounding the property, with its flat and intimate lot to indulge in family activities on site and its semi-rustic / semi-contemporary decoration very trendy!

The Valoa can accommodate up to 6 people with three closed bedrooms, a full bathroom and a powder room, an open concept living room, kitchen and dining room as well as a large living room with fireplace on the ground floor. This chalet is perfect for intimate couples' getaways, family getaways or lively gatherings with friends.

The Valoa is located minutes from Sommet Morin Heights ski and snowboard resort, Aerobic Corridor Park hiking trails and cross-country ski resorts, Ofuro SPA and AmeriSpa Nordic Baltic resorts for relaxation and massages, as well as the Acro-Nature aerial hebertism course for thrill seekers!

You will be very close to the picturesque village of Morin-Heights with its well-stocked general store and the attractive shops and restaurants that surround it. In addition, the village of Saint-Sauveur, a must-see, is only 5 km away.

Pets: Note that dogs (max 30 pounds) are accepted with certain restrictions and under certain conditions. Charges of $ 75 for 1 dog and $ 25 for a 2nd dog may apply. Contact us for details (2 dogs maximum).

NOTE: Keep in mind that we are looking for a MATURE, DISCREET and RESPECTFUL clientele. As a result and following too many bad experiences, we no longer rent to groups whose average adult age is under 28 or to people who want to party without worrying about noise for neighbors because even if they are far away, as we are in the mountains and in a peaceful environment, the sound carries a lot and nighttime noises can annoy them, so PARTYS ARE FORBIDDEN.
