Exceptional contemporary chalet offering breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. This property, located on a beautifully landscaped 100-acre estate, will fiercely protect your privacy while providing you with a private lake and hiking paths to public trails.

This extraordinary chalet has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 11 people with an available single mattress and 1 inflatable mattress. The open-air ground floor, and its 22-foot (6M) high ceiling, includes the fully equipped kitchen with large center island, a dining room, a living room with fireplace, a pool table, as well as a fully bathroom including a laundry room.

The mezzanine houses a living room, two bedrooms and a large bathroom. The basement has two bedrooms and a full bathroom.

WiFi internet, gas for BBQ and firewood are included and the new spa, opened all year.

In summer, you can enjoy the private pond, jewel of the landscaping designed to offer a vast, quiet and natural environment. "There everything is order and beauty, luxury, calm and voluptuousness" as the song says. You can also pick blueberries and wild raspberries or stroll along the property's private trails.

In winter, as in summer, by car or from the cottage hiking path, you can go to the L'Interval Outdoor Center to practice a multitude of activities and to have access to Mount Kaaikop. In summer you can also access Lake Legault: canoeing, kayaking, windsurfing, swimming for $ 20 / adult and $ 15 / child including equipment. A contribution of $7/adult and $3/children is requested for access to the trails of the center. In winter: cross-country skiing (equipment loaned for free), snowshoeing (rent for $ 10) + same contribution for access to the trails. 

You can join snowmobile trails directly from the cottage!

Pets: Note that only small dogs (20 pounds max.) are accepted in the cottage with certain restrictions and under certain conditions. A $75 fee for 1 dog and $25 for a second dog will be add to your booking. (2 dogs maximum). Contact us for details.

WINTER WARNING:  make sure to have good winter tires. 

We just want to warn you that the driveway leading to the chalet is very long (500 meters/1 650 feet) and steep in places. In winter,  a 4 x 4 vehicle will be needed to get to the top of the hill. We have a professional snow removal.  We have 2 parking spaces on the side of the street and 2 others halfway from the entrance for those who can not get to the top.

Keep in mind that we are looking for MATURE, DISCRET AND RESPECTFUL guests. So note that, after too many bad experiences, we do not rent Le Panoramik cottage to groupes with an average age of less than 30 years old,

Additional information:

Complete beddings, shower towels and fire wood are provided by the owner.

The kitchen is well equipped, you will find, amongst other things, an espresso machine, a coffee grinder, a food processor, a dishwasher and a gel fondue kit as well as usual kitchen equipment.  

Generally, some basic elements are there such as: sugar, salt, pepper, a spice rack with about 20 spices, vegetable oil, coffee filters, dish washing liquid, paper towels, cellophane, aluminum foil, etc.

There is a 42’’ HD TV  with a home theatre sound system and CD/DVD/Ipod players. Cable and internet services provided by Filo.

There is a gas BBQ grill (propane , a dishwasher, a washer and dryer set and a few hair dryers.

The installation of a spa is planned before winter 2018/2019.

Keep in mind that we are looking for a MATURE and RESPECTFUL clientele. As a result and due to too many bad experiences, we no longer rent to groups with an average adult age of under 28 years. Thank you for your understanding.
