A breath of fresh air takes over you when entering this contemporary chalet and its rural overtones. The wooden ceilings, the 2 beautiful stone fireplaces and the heirloom woodstove contribute to the warm and cozy atmosphere. You will be charmed! You will also find, on the ground floor, a closed and well-furnished office space which makes it an ideal place for teleworking.

With its 4 bedrooms, the Elmira chalet can accommodate up to 8 people. The very large master bedroom and its King-size bed, its private bathroom and private living room will make you dream.

Weather permitting, you will enjoy the beautiful screened-in veranda and the large terrace and a SPA open year round which will be available from September 2021 (real photo to come).

In addition to the many activities offered in the region, you can go swimming at Lake Lassalle thanks to the private and not crowded access (reserved for residents of the area). The lake is 4 minutes away by car. Small beach, dock, picnic table and a few boats, including canoes, paddle boards and pedal boats are available to users.

By purchasing access passes, you will be able to reach the Val-David / Val-Morin Regional Park directly from the chalet. There, you can practice cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and hiking. For our more adventurous guests, there is mountain climbing and Fat bike riding.

Located at in the heart of the magnificent Laurentians region, you will have access to a multitude of nearby activities for all likings! Visit our tourist information page for all tourist activities in the region.

The village of Val-David with all amenities is 7 minutes by car.

Note that the house is semi-detached and that the smaller part is sometimes occupied by the owner, very friendly. Your privacy will be fully respected.

Pets: Dogs are accepted in the chalet with certain restrictions and under certain conditions. A charge of $ 75 for 1 dog and $ 25 for a 2nd dog may apply (2 dogs maximum). Details in the chalet reservation form.

P.S .: Keep in mind that we are looking for a MATURE, DISCREET and RESPECTFUL clientele. As a result and following too many bad experiences, we no longer rent to groups whose average adult age is under 28 or to people who want to party without worrying about noise for neighbors because as we are in the mountains and in a peaceful environment, the sound carries a lot and nighttime noises can annoy them, so PARTYS ARE FORBIDDEN. Thank you for your understanding.

Full bedding is provided as well as towels for showers.

For the kitchen, some basic elements are there such as sugar, salt, pepper, spices, coffee filter, cellophane paper and aluminum foil, vegetable oil, etc...

The kitchen is very well equipped, with all the usual accessories in a kitchen. You just need to bring your food, whatever you want to drink and your soap to wash yourself.
