EXCEPTIONAL CANCELLATION POLICIES DUE THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC

Due to the many government measures put in place recently, we have revised our reservation policies in order to adjust to the obligations requested by the Government of Quebec.

As the Covid-19 situation has been known since March 14, 2020, we will apply the following to all bookings made from October 1st:

If there is an interprovincial or interregional travel ban or if there is a rental ban issued by the Government extending to the dates of your stay:

Option A.

We will propose to reduce the number of occupants and adjust the price according to the number of people allowed in the area according to the color code of the region.

Option B.

With a minimum of 30 days notice, we will propose to cancel your stay with a fee of $ 150.00 + taxes OR postpone the stay no later than 12 months following the initial planned reservation date and you can apply the amount paid in credit when renting the same chalet or another if it is not available. on the requested dates. The dates of the stay will be released to allow relocation to a group that meets the Government's requirements for the region in question.

Option C. (As a last resort)

You can request a full refund if there is interprovincial or interregional travel ban or if there is a rental ban.   

It is your responsibility to contact us as soon as an announcement is made to verify your options.

You cancel at any time according to the standard booking policies section 8.

IF YOU HAVE NOT BOOKED A CHALET YET: 

If you have not booked a chalet yet and you decide to book anyway today and then wish to cancel your reservation before your stay, even with the situation of the Covid-19 being known by everyone today, the standard cancellation policies will apply unless renting chalets is prohibited by the Government (options A, B (in credit and not refund) and option C).

If your rental was made before October 1st, the cancellation policies in effect at the time of booking apply.
