Beautiful, rustic cottage that can accommodate up to 8 people (Rate according to number of persons) in the heart of the Laurentians, 1 h 15 from Montreal .

Located in Ste-Lucie-des-Laurentides, this house will meet your expectations.

Nested on a 5 acre lot, 475 meters above sea level, the breathtaking, 180 degree view will let you preside over the rolling mountain range as far as the eyes can see.

In this house, you will find: 3 closed bedrooms and one on the opened mezzanine, plus another summer bedroom in the tower, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 indoor fireplaces plus an outside fire pit, a sound system , a 42'' flat TV screen and a dishwasher. Security gates for children have been installed in the stairway.

The exterior year round spa is at your disposal.

For on-site or close by activities, you can choose between cycling, swimming at Lac Ménard (7 minutes). You can also rent canoes, kayaks, pedalos or wind surf boards at Lac des Sables in Sainte-Agathe des-Monts or rent canoes and kayaks at À l'Abordage in Val-David to go down the gentle Rivière-du-Nord to Lac Raymon where you can choose to get back to your starting point by shuttle or by bicycle (for the whole family). You can also hike  up the mountain in the back or in the forest out front or go to Mont KaiÏcop to start from L'interval outdoor center for hiking & mountain biking or cross-country skiing and snowshoeing.

Pets : Small dogs might be admitted in the chalet under certain restrictions and conditions. A 75$ fee may apply for 1 dog and 25$ for a second dog. Contact us for details.

WINTER WARNING:   make sure to have good winter tires.

In winter, unless you are in a 4 X 4, you will have to park the vehicles in the lower yard entrance. The driveway is a steep slope and over 100 meters (300 feet) long. Parking is provided for this purpose. Sledges will be at your disposal for luggage.

P.S .: Keep in mind that we are looking for a MATURE, DISCREET and RESPECTFUL clientele. As a result and following too many bad experiences, we no longer rent to groups whose average adult age is under 28 or to people who want to party without worrying about noise for neighbors because as we are in the mountains and in a peaceful environment, the sound carries a lot and nighttime noises can annoy them, so PARTYS ARE FORBIDDEN.
