Original and charming ecological solar-passive house located in Mille Isles (near Morin-Heights), less than an hour North of Montreal, in the beautiful Laurentians region and 12 minutes from the Morin Heights ski slopes. Can accomodate up to 14 people. (Rate according to number of persons).

Very private and out of sight 3.7 acres land crossed by a beautiful river. The abundant glazing of the cottage will let you make the most of a quite magical nature. You will almost feel outdoors while being kept warm by the available masonry heater.

The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen beds and 1 with a double bed, 3 very small boudoir closed with double futon that can serve as 3 more bedrooms. Finally, an enclosed pool room has a double sofa bed .

It is also equipped with an outdoor spa usable year-round.

Privacy is guaranteed by a long driveway that leads to the residence.

You will have access to a host of nearby activities including: swimming, picnics and volleyball at the public beach of Lummis Park bordered by the Simon river in Morin Heights, alpine skiing and more (Ski Morin Heights), cross country skiing and snowshoeing (Viking ski club 12km), ice skating, sledding, toboganning (Glissades des pays d'en haut), hiking (Corridor aérobic), mountain biking or (Parc Basler), Nordic Spa (Amerispa or SpaOfuro), Arbre en Arbre (Acro-Nature Park), Water Park, Fun Park, Zipe Line, Minigolf ... Full beddings and shower towels are included so is the firewood for the masonry stove.

There is a 32'' HD TV with a CD/DVD player. You will have lots of TV channels and a wireless internet acces. Let's not forget the fully equipped kitchen with a dish-washer... (see below)

Pets:  Note that small dogs might be admitted in the chalet under certain restrictions and conditions. A 75$ fee may apply for 1 dog and 25$ for a second dog unless they are a hypoallergenic breed. Contact us for details.

Keep in mind that we are looking for MATURE, DISCRET AND RESPECTFUL guests. Therefore, since we have had too many bad experiences in the past, we do not rent to groups whose average age is below 28 years old anymore or for people who want to party without worrying about the noise for the neighbours. Since our cottages are set in a peaceful environment, noise can disturb them.
